The Workouts

The workouts (whether One to One or Online through the Coach Seán Fitness App) will help you build a strong foundation and increase your fitness levels. They can be modified to suit anyone from someone doing their first gym session to a gym rat looking for the right way to train. Most workouts will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and are designed to push you at your own level. With 10 years training people, I know how to modify exercises to get a little more out of each one without the need for pushing you until you get sick on an exercise that may not suit you.

The Nutrition

I believe that for the majority of people that of you train more (in the right way) and have less calories coming in in comparison to what you eat, you will lose weight. But I don’t believe in calorie counting. It is not sustainable long term. To count every single thing you eat and drink and to be constantly thinking about that? That’s doesn’t sit right with me. Instead, on this programme we will start on low carb and build towards a sustainable long term plan. Low carb is not suitable for most people long term. But over the 8 weeks, I will sow you how I modify it and implement the nutrition so that when life gets in the way and I’m out for a meal, I eat what I like to eat and enjoy my food. I don’t believe we should be restricting ourselves and dieting all the time. With the 8-Week Challenge we will build a foundation out of that mentality.

The Programme

With the 8-Week Fitness & Fat Loss Programme, we have an in person, One to One option, as well as an online only option for those of you not in the Lucan area.

With both programmes, you will receive:


Upper and Lower body Gym workouts with optional HIIT sessions, depending on you and your goals. This programme is designed so that it can be modified for each individual, depending on where you are at with your fitness journey right now. It’s not a programme where you are hopping from machine to machine nor throwing in the hardest exercises for the sake of it.


Exclusive to my clients only. You can access the workouts anywhere and keep yourself accountable while seeing your progress. Having all the information on your phone will make your life so much easier and will take the guess work out of your training. All the exercises are shown to you, through the App, and it is very easy for me to make any changes to the programme for you. You can connect the App with your Fitbit device as well along with some new exciting updates for the App coming just in time for our launch of the programme on Monday,September 30th.
