Slow Down The Exercises (Too Difficult to Keep Up)
More Sprints & Movement Around The Room
Slowed Down Core For Last 8 Minutes
The Classes Slow Down Too Much in last 10-12 Minutes, up the Pace
I'm sick of Aerosmith at the end (I am working on trying to get new music btw, just have all the files on an old iPod!)
I would like to see more Burpees in the sessions
