IS ABOUT?

CSF Women’s Boot Camp is designed for women who want to feel stronger, move better, and build consistency without feeling judged or overwhelmed.

Sessions are coached, structured, and paced so you can work at your own level, whether you’re getting back into fitness or simply want something more supportive than a gym.

We focus on:

  • Full-body strength and mobility

  • Exercises that help with everyday life

  • Building confidence through consistency

  • Enjoyable sessions that you actually look forward to

  • Adding variety to our sessions so they don’t feel the same each time

  • Ability to track your progress through our CSF Womens Fitness App and stay in touch with the community

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. This programme is designed for women at all levels — especially those getting back into training or looking for consistency. Every session is coached and paced so you can work at your own level.

I haven’t trained in a while — is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! You’ll start at your own level and build gradually. Our sessions are friendly and adaptable to every ability. You’ll never be pushed too far — only supported to go further than before.

Is it suitable for older women?

Absolutely. We offer lower-impact alternatives so you can build strength and energy at your pace — safely and confidently.

What’s the difference between this and a gym?

You won’t be left wandering or unsure what to do. These sessions are coached, guided, social and built around your needs — without mirrors, queues or intimidation.

Is this a women-only environment?

Yes. All sessions are women-only and run in a supportive, welcoming environment where you can train without pressure or judgement.

What do I need to bring to my first session?

Just comfortable workout clothes, runners, and a bottle of water. Everything else is provided: including guidance, coaching, and encouragement.

What happens after I try a session?

If you enjoy it, you can choose the option that suits you best — pay-as-you-go, monthly, or 3-month membership. There’s no pressure to commit after your first session.
