Our classes are designed to have a group atmosphere to them and be individual to the person and their goals as well.

With over 10 years of experience coaching Womens Fitness, we understand the unique challenges you face. Our classes are designed to be a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and supported throughout your fitness journey. We believe in building each other up and celebrating every achievement, no matter how big or small.

Some of the ways we do this are through exercise selection and incorporating kettlebells/resistance bands into our exercises. The weights you use depend on where you are now in your fitness journey, allowing us to personalise the workouts to match your fitness levels and goals and help you reach your full potential.

FORGET THE OLD WAY

Maybe you found that classes didn’t help you in the past, why is that?

Maybe it’s because of the old way of doing things. The old way of doing a Boot Camp/Exercise class was that everyone had to do the exact same thing. Everyone had to do laps, burpees and bicep curls. But there’s no way of telling how stronger and fitter you may have been getting each week.

In our classes, we have different kettlebells for different levels of fitness.

We don’t believe that one exercise fits all.

We don’t believe an exercise class must be a gruelling no-fun session. The truth is, done right, you can actually enjoy training and get all the health benefits from it too! 

We also don’t believe in having the little pink 2lbs dumbbells for our sessions. Just because it’s women only doesn’t mean ‘light’ weights. We want to help progress your strength in our workouts. But at a rate that suits you.

This does NOT mean you will get ‘big’ and ‘bulky’ in our sessions, but they will help you become more ‘toned’ and lean!

Being part of our community-based boot camp means you're not alone on your fitness journey. You'll be surrounded by like-minded women who are on similar paths, all striving to become healthier and stronger. Together, we'll motivate, inspire, and support each other every step of the way.

The sessions are not easy. But we are not a sergeant major boot camp either. We will not throw you into the deep end on your first session or make you feel like you have to keep up with the fittest woman in the room. As with everything to do with fitness, you should compare yourself with no one but how much you are improving each week and each month.

What you can expect from our sessions

Engaging Workouts

Our workouts are designed to be fun, challenging, and effective. From dynamic cardio sessions to strength training and flexibility exercises, we'll keep things exciting while ensuring you see real results.

Set Schedule

We understand the importance of a set schedule, especially for busy mothers and professionals. Our CSF sessions offer fixed class times (Monday & Wednesday at 7pm) that accommodate your daily routine, making it easier for you to commit and attend regularly.

As a bonus, we also provide online workouts for days that you may be travelling and can’t make the classes.

Year Round Sessions

Unlike a lot of large group sessions, enjoy our invigorating workouts in the comfort of an indoor space. Regardless of weather conditions, you can count on our indoor facilities to provide a consistent and pleasant environment for your fitness journey. Our sessions continue throughout the year with the same Coach that will get to know your strengths and weaknesses as well as get to know YOU!

Is it suitable for older people?

We have a wide range of ages in our classes so yes, it will be. There are alternatives to the sessions so you will not be asked to jump and run around the room but to build your fitness from your current level of activity. It is NOT an advanced class but, with time, we can make the exercises challenging for you so that you become stronger, fitter and healthier
