I haven’t trained in a while — is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! You’ll start at your own level and build gradually. Our sessions are friendly and adaptable to every ability. You’ll never be pushed too far — only supported to go further than before.

Is it suitable for older women?

Absolutely. We offer lower-impact alternatives so you can build strength and energy at your pace — safely and confidently.

What’s included in the 4-Week Challenge?

2x small group classes per week, optional home workouts, weekly check-ins, progress tracking via our app, and access to a private group chat for support and motivation.

What’s the difference between this and a gym?

You won’t be left wandering or unsure what to do. These sessions are coached, guided, social and built around your needs — without mirrors, queues or intimidation.

What if I can’t make every session?

That’s okay — we encourage consistency, not perfection. You’ll get a full week of training (including at-home options) through our app so you can stay on track even when life is busy.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

Most members continue! You’ll be invited to join our ongoing programme and keep progressing — but there’s no pressure or commitment. Our sessions run all year round!
