Not even forcing myself through a 10km could wipe the smile off my face!

Back in Wicklow last night with my Dad to watch our 49ers take one step closer to making the SuperBowl. To say the mind wandered to that possibility during the run is a huge understatement.

Being home last night and a lot of today means a slight delay on this evenings newsletter. Should be sent out before 8pm this evening.

This week felt like a year to get through. Having the motivation through @anygivenrundayofficial helped to get this run in.
