exercise prescription best medicine

Exercise helps not only with your physical health but your mental health as well. It’s the cheapest form of medicine but there are no quick fixes. No shakes, trendy diets, quick hack exercises. It takes work. Finding the time to move. You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym. Find at least 20 minutes to do something. To get moving. A lot of us sit in work, sit in our commute, sit when we get home for dinner and then watch tv because we’re too tired for anything else. Hell, I’m sitting write now typing this post.

And I get it. It’s tough when you’re feeling wrecked at the end of a hard day at work. But I guarantee that if you find the energy and the purpose to get up and just do a little bit more than yesterday, you’ll start to feel better and more rejuvenated over time. I struggle as well to find the time but feel much better when I make the time.

But if you have zero time to dedicate to exercise for your health now, it will catch up to you in the future and you will be forced to make time for illness.

At least 20 minutes for activity out of your day. You know you can find that time
