Getting into a routine with your training/nutrition is far more valuable than 'motivation'. Motivation is overrated. It comes and goes. it might get us started on something new. It might be the reason we signed up for a race or a new programme. But over time it goes and if you have not established a routine around that, then you will find it increasingly difficult to stay on track.

This is why it doesn't matter in the long term whether you train in the morning or evening. Or the diet you are on. They all work. As long as they are sustainable and fit into your routine.

But since it is Monday and we might have that extra little boost in “motivation”, now is the time to set a sustainable routine to get our workouts in. And that’s why it is #NeverMissAMonday
